Young leaders can significantly impact their communities, especially when they get elected. Empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles fosters youth leadership, engagement, and empowerment.

The Office of City Councilor Bernadeth Olivares, with support from KAS Philippines, will conduct a three-day training program this April 2024 for newly elected SK officials of San Pedro City. The program will focus on parliamentary procedures, effective decision-making, ABYIP crafting and governance, transparency and financial accountability, youth engagement, and community collaboration. The training intends to capacitate incumbent youth leaders through lectures, simulations, and workshops.
