The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Namibia-Angola Office will be hosting a public debate on "Insights of Women in Namibia’s Workforce" on 21 July 2022 in Windhoek. The main objective of the debate is to create awareness and share insights with the general public and topical experts on Namibian women's experiences and challenges in the workplace. We strive to promote debates and dialogues to ensure that the public is continuosly informed on the status of legal frameworks, policies and recommendations with regard to enhancing structures and reviewing policies within Namibia’s workforce. At the center of this public debate are topics related to challenges faced by women entering the workplace, and access to education, as well as highlighting the topics of equality and incentives, amongst other.
